Michael DiRienzo is the Executive Director of the World Silver Association which is an International Industrial Association. The members of this association include the major participants from the global silver industry. Mr.Michael chairs the World Silver Association's daily operations, budget development, management, executive annual plans and public affairs activities. Mr. DiRienzo once served as Vice President of the Gold Association, managing government and public affairs. He also served as a member of the Toyota Group as the head of government relationship. In the earlier period, Mr. DiRienzo served as a legal assistant and spokesperson for Mr. David Dreyer, the member of the US Congress and Chairman of the House Rules Committee. During the above tenure, Mr. DiRienzo was dedicated in the House Rules Committee and dealt with matters related to the Financial Services and Small Business Council.

Zhang Jinpeng has the postgraduate degree with more than 15 years’ experience in the gold & jewelry industry and the Internet industry. He was formerly the Secretary General of the China E-Commerce Association Jewelry E-commerce Professional Committee and he is currently the Executive Vice President of the China Silver & Jewelry Industry Association Silver Branch, the Vice President of Shenzhen Big Data Industry Association, the Executive Vice President of Shenzhen Big Data Research and Application Association.

Professor Li Haitao is Director ofDirector of Cheung Kong Financial Center in Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, Professor of Distinguished Dean of Finance, Vice President in charge of the Financial MBA Program; Ph.D. in Finance from Yale University He once taught at Cornell University and the University of Michigan. Professor Li Haitao has made great achievements in academics. He is the editor-in-chief of China Finance Review, the deputy editor of Management Science, the deputy editor of International Review of Finance, the editor of the Global Credit Review, and the chairman of the international financial conference for many times. He has issues numerous papers in the international top financial and economic journal, such as Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Mathematical Finance, Journal of Econometrics. His academic research mainly focuses on quantitative methods for investment in stocks, bonds, and derivatives markets, pricing and risk management. His research on hedge funds was reported by The New York Times and CNBC.

Nikos is a founding partner of Metals Focus. He has over 17 years experience working as a metals analyst/strategist working for the Royal Bank of Scotland and GFMS in London. Nikos holds a BSc in Econometrics and Economics from the University of York and MSc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from the London School of Economics.
